Most of our necklaces have different chain lengths and metal colours to choose from. Chain lengths can be from 15 - 38 inches in length. If you would like a specific chain, please send us a note at the checkout and we'll make your necklace length to suit you.

At Vintage Fashion Jewellery we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. If you are unhappy at all, please send us a message and we will be happy to resolve any problems you may have.

If you are returning an item to us for a refund, your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or was faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 14 days of receipt). Please return an item within 30 days.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pierced earrings unless they are faulty.

Sending a gift to someone special? I can gift wrap an item and add a short personalised note. Just let me know and add the note at the checkout when you place your order.

We are based in the United Kingdom and Next day delivery * is available as a shipping upgrade at the checkout. This shipping method is insured and trackable.

* Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm Service. If you order by 3pm you will receive your goods before 1pm the next working day. If you place your order on Friday, you will receive on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive on the following Tuesday. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Please check your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We will not be held responsible incorrect/partial addresses being given to us, or if the item is unable to be delivered due to a problem on your end.

If an item is undeliverable and returned to us, and you would like it to be re-shipped to you, then you will be required to pay a additional postage fee to cover this. If instead you wish to cancel at this stage, you will receive a refund for the items only minus the postage and packaging charges - please note that custom made to order items cannot be cancelled.

The STANDARD shipping methods do NOT provide a tracking number - if you would like tracked shipping, please select this at the checkout.

UK Customers - Select "Special Next Day Delivery" if you require a tracking number.

International Customers - Please select "International Tracked Delivery" at the checkout if you wish to have tracking information.

Please note that plated jewellery may tarnish over time so we advise following our care guidelines to prolong their wear.

JEWELLERY CARE
- Keep away from water, moisturisers, perfumes etc. as this may tarnish the items.
- Take off your rings when washing hands.
- Store in a clean and dry place and if you want to give your jewellery a little clean, wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not sleep with jewellery on.
- Crystals can be fragile - please take care when worn and avoid any sharp knocks.
